What SilkTrain is and how it works
SilkTrain finds native speakers of 19 languages, from the Balkans to East Asia, checks them carefully, and organises them into teams that help AI companies train and test their models.
AI training work, in plain words
AI systems such as chat assistants learn from examples and from feedback given by people. Someone has to read what the AI wrote and say whether it is correct, natural and safe.
In languages like Kazakh, Georgian, Slovenian or Mongolian, few people do this work, so AI makes more mistakes in them. SilkTrain supplies the native speakers who fix that.

A document and liveness check, then a short retest while camera and screen are recorded.

A 20-minute task and a 2-minute spoken explanation, done whenever suits you. A native speaker reviews it.

Your first 10 hours on each new project are reviewed twice, so you get feedback early.

Submit your timesheet; we pay in your currency within 48 hours of approval.
What SilkTrain does
