The 2-hour calibration, each worker’s 10-hour probation review and the 10% double-labelled QA sample are billed at the same hourly rate and itemised on your invoice.

Questions buyers ask
How do you invoice?
In USD or EUR. Labs prepay monthly blocks. Vendors are invoiced weekly on net-7, with a deposit of two weeks’ billing for the first three months.
What if quality drops?
Managed teams are checked daily against a gold set. If weekly agreement falls below 90%, the hours below it are not billed.
What if someone leaves?
Replacements are lined up for 20% of each team before it starts. We replace a worker within 3 business days.
Do you sign a DPA?
Yes. It states that SilkTrain supplies people, not data processing: workers operate inside your tools and your data never enters our systems.
What does the worker earn?
Worker pay is published on our trainers page. The difference pays for recruiting, testing, reviews, QA, team leads, compliance checks and local payouts.
