Who we are
SilkTrain is a service of Intact Works LLP, Republic of Kazakhstan. Intact Works LLP decides how the personal data described here is used.
What we collect on this site
From the pilot form: your company, name, work email and the details of your request. From the trainer waitlist: your name, email, Telegram username if you give it, country, languages and experience. We also keep the consent wording you agreed to and when.
Why
To reply to your request, to invite you to tests when your language opens, and to keep a record of your consent. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
Where it is stored
In a data centre in Kazakhstan, as Article 12(2) of Kazakhstan’s Law No. 94-V on personal data requires.
Who sees it
SilkTrain staff who handle requests and recruiting. Trainer details are shared with a client only after you join a project and give separate consent to that transfer.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction or its deletion, and withdraw consent at any time by emailing [email protected]. We act within 15 working days. If you live in the EU or Serbia, you also have the rights given by the GDPR or Serbia’s data-protection law, including a complaint to your supervisory authority.
Analytics
We use self-hosted, cookie-free analytics that count visits without identifying you.
