Intact Works LLP, a Kazakh company, is the contracting, billing and payout entity. It never touches your data.
What we check, and how often
- Identity
- Document and liveness check through Sumsub or Veriff before anyone works on a project. We keep the provider’s reference, result and date, never the document image.
- Contracts
- Every worker signs a contractor agreement with IP assignment and confidentiality, and an NDA for each project before getting access.
- Residency
- Proof of address, plus IP geolocation at every login. A login from outside the worker’s country pauses the account until a person reviews it.
- Tax residency
- Every worker signs a self-certification of their tax residency.
- Fraud
- Proctored retests, a recorded work sample, device fingerprinting, duplicate-document detection and a shared ban list.
- Audit trail
- Every status change on a worker, verification, contract, timesheet, invoice or payout is logged with who made it and when.
Data protection
- Where data lives
- Personal data is stored in a data centre in Kazakhstan, as Article 12(2) of Law No. 94-V requires.
- Your data
- Workers operate inside your tools. Client data never enters SilkTrain systems, so we are a talent provider, not your processor.
- Recordings
- Proctoring and work-sample recordings are deleted 90 days after the decision unless held for a fraud case or appeal.
- People’s rights
- Workers can export or delete their data; we act within 15 working days of a request or of consent being withdrawn.

Start with a paid two-week pilot
10 vetted workers in your tool, ready within 10 business days (5 for Russian). If a managed team’s weekly gold-set agreement falls below 90%, the hours below it aren’t billed.
