Onboarding
How a managed team starts
- Day 0 You sign the SOW. We open a staffing request with language, tier, headcount, start date and tool access steps.
- Days 1–3 We allocate people from the Tier 2+ pool and line up replacements for 20% of the team. Project NDAs are signed in the app.
- Day 4 A 2-hour calibration session on your guidelines. You approve a 20-item gold set built from it.
- Day 5 Workers get tool access and the team lead runs a 30-minute kickoff. Each worker’s first 10 hours are double-reviewed.
- Week 1 on Daily gold items in every queue, a weekly quality report, timesheets approved by Tuesday for the week before.
Pilot
Start with a paid two-week pilot
10 vetted workers in your tool, ready within 10 business days (5 for Russian). If a managed team’s weekly gold-set agreement falls below 90%, the hours below it aren’t billed.
